2011: Live on Set of BBC production "Human Planet"

The scenes alternate between Theraphosa apophysis in Venezuala to Theraphosa blondi in the Studio. The captive bred T.blondi Tarantula appears in the Human Planet video at periods 1:18, 1:26, 1:38-1:49, 2:03 mainly to demonstrate the flicking of urticating hairs, which was not captured well by the camera team whilst in the Amazon, hence the studio rig. Note: The studio Tarantula was indeed safe from being eaten!
